The term "game" or "service" represents Battle of Gods in it's whole, the website, forum and the actual playable part of the website. The term "player" includes any person or entity playing or using the game/service. Any player, by using our service agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. The term "we" or "us" represents the team behind the Battle of Gods website, the creators and administrators of the game. In order to create an account on the Battle of Gods website, the player must be 13 years or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have permission from your parents or legal guardian to create an account and play the game. At any given time, if we feel that this approval has not been given, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice. The player will use the service in compliance with all the applicable national and international laws, rules and regulations and is solely responsible for all actions that occur under his account. The player is not allowed to do the following: - transmit through the service any harassing, unlawful, threatening, harmful, obscene or any kind of material for the harming or attempting to harm other players or staff members; - use any form of automation or 3rd party scripts, without prior permission from us; - tgrams designed to affect the operation of any computer hardware or software; - reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell any part of our service; - damage, interfere or dispute ANY part of the service: network, storage, software and equipment; - promote any other game in the service. This includes, but is not limited to links within posts, avatars, signatures; - post any negative comments regarding the costs or charges that are game related; - reveal or share his selected password with anybody, or allow anybody to use his password to play the game. He is solely responsible for the confidentiality of the password; - publish private communications from us, staff members or forum moderators without authorisation; - to create multiple accounts on one server. We reserve the right to terminate all accounts of a player that has breached this term of use. Any opinions expressed by a player on the service are those of the player alone and shall not be under any circumstances attributed to the Battle of Gods Team. We are under no obligation to monitor or moderate and messages on our service. We expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service and the player agrees that he is solely responsible for any damage to his computer by using our service. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. Service bugs that are a potential exploit to the game should not be posted publicly and should be reported using the Ticket feature on the website. We may, at our discretion, terminate any game account with or without notice, without disclosing a reason for doing so. Under these circumstances any remaining time or services paid for will become null and void and any items on the character will be deleted. The player agrees that he is not eligible for any type of refund under any circumstances. The player agrees that no information obtained from us, whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty. Where our services contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and take no responsibility for them or the possible damage caused by these. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms with effect for the future at any time should this seem necessary and provided that this does not discriminate against the user in bad faith. The user shall be informed of any modifications of these Terms in a suitable way by notification. The player can object to the modifications to the Terms within one (1) month after the notification and the accessibility of the information. Should the user not object to the modified Terms within the period of one (1) month or should he continue to use the service, the modified or amended Terms shall become binding for him. This agreement consititutes the entire agreement between us and the player. By a player's use of the service the player agrees to the terms of the hereof agreement, governed by the laws of Romania and accepts that the Court of Timisoara shall be appropriate jurisdiction for any such disputes.
